Due to limited equipment and seating there will be no Birthday party reservations accepted from A Day Out With Thomas - March 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 and April 1, 2007. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Ages: 12 months and up
Cost: $14.50 per child (6 child minimum - $87.00)
This is the same rate whether your party is traveling round trip or one-way. Each child is an additional $14.50.
Infants ride free.
All adults will be charged the group rate of $15.00; this rate is for the train excursion only. This rate is the same whether traveling round trip or one-way. Any hotdog packs for the adults are $3.00.
A section of the Birthday car will be roped off for the Birthday party group. No private car.
Package includes:
- Private section in the train car will be roped off for your group. Car will not be private but everyone with the Birthday party will be able to sit together.
- The Birthday child (if age appropriate) may visit and sit in the engineer's seat for photos as scheduled by the train attendant. This is for the Birthday child and parents only.
- Onboard mention that it is his/her Birthday.
- Each child will receive a hotdog pack to include a hot dog, bag of chips, a and beverage.
Cake may not be consumed on board due to the need in preserving the vintage upholstery. We will however transport the cake for you and it may be consumed in the Stockyards.
Party hats and balloons may be brought on-board. We do not provide any paper products or decorative items.
Any hot dog pack that the adults wish to purchase must be ordered with 50% deposit five working days prior to party. Each hotdog pack is an additional charge of $3.00.
